Refund policy

Eligibility We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return Contact us at techcent2443@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank/card statement, then contact your payment provider — processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at techcent2443@gmail.com.
